Together, we look at eight key areas: meaningful work, confidence, energy, connection, growth, leadership, clarity, and self-acceptance.
This process isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about uncovering patterns, strengthening what’s already working, and gently rebalancing what isn’t. Some clients discover they need to reconnect their work to their values. Others realize that confidence, energy, or self-kindness is the missing piece.
My role is to help you see your path more clearly, ask the questions you didn’t know you needed, and guide you toward intentional, sustainable change — all while honoring your quiet strengths.

As a certified program manager and leadership coach, I bring over 20 years of experience helping people grow across industries, cultures, and career stages. My passion for coaching comes from lived experience because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, even when you’ve done “everything right.”
I’m the proud son of Colombian schoolteachers who immigrated to the United States, and I grew up seeing how learning and persistence can open doors. My early career was in science and quality assurance, where I spent 15 years as an individual contributor. As an introvert, I once saw my quiet nature as a limitation, but over time I learned to turn it into an asset — a way to listen deeply, build trust, and lead with thoughtfulness. Joining Toastmasters sparked a shift, leading me into mentoring, project leadership, and eventually full team leadership.
That growth didn’t happen by chance — I invested in my development through paid coaching, mentoring, and formal education. Group coaching with the Coaching for Leaders Academy helped me align daily actions with big-picture goals and sharpen my leadership presence. One-on-one coaching in the Career Change Bootcamp gave me the clarity to pivot careers. And today, I work with my coach to grow my coaching business and deepen confidence in my coaching skills. These experiences showed me firsthand how coaching can unlock possibility, and now I help my clients move forward with that same clarity, courage, and quiet strength.
